Performance & Consensus
• Brightness & Color: The monitor gets very bright and offers wide color gamut coverage (99.5% DCI-P3), making it punchy in well-lit rooms.
• Local Dimming Flaws: According to reviews from RTINGS.com and user discussions on Reddit, the local dimming implementation can be disappointing. Users and reviewers note that enabling local dimming often leads to noticeable blooming and black crush in dark HDR scenes.
• Verdict: While motion handling and high-refresh-rate 4K gaming perform well, many critics feel its local dimming performance falls short compared to competing Mini LED options at similar price points (such as the INNOCN 27M2V or Cooler Master Tempest GP27U)
