Issue Date: 1977 / This is the first release depicts the Queen of Ancient Palmyra, Zanobia.

Watermark: Horse's Head.
Features:
Front: Features a portrait of Queen Zenobia, who ruled the Palmyrene Empire in the 3rd century, alongside the ruins of the Great Colonnade at Palmyra.
Reverse: Depicts a grain discharging facility at the Port of Lattakia.
