Rare antique Imperial Russian dining cutlery set for 6 persons, dating from the late 19th / early 20th century, before the Russian Revolution.

The set consists of 18 matching pieces:

* 6 dining spoons
* 6 dining forks
* 6 dining knives

The spoons, forks and knife handles are made from Russian 84 zolotnik silver standard (875 silver).

The knives have original steel blades stamped “ВАРЫПАЕВЪ” (VARYPAEV) beneath the Imperial Russian coat of arms. Fedor Mikhailovich Varypaev was a renowned manufacturer from Pavlovo, Russian Empire, and a Supplier to the Imperial Court.

Beautiful classical floral decoration throughout the handles. Original hallmarks and 84 silver marks are clearly visible.

The set is more than 100 years old and remains in original antique condition, with natural patina and signs of age and use, as shown in the photographs. It has not been aggressively polished or restored.

An authentic and highly collectible piece of Imperial Russian silver, suitable for a collector, antique interior, special gift or investment collection.
