Description

I am selling a used commercial rooftop HVAC chiller unit in good working condition. This is a packaged rooftop chiller designed for commercial or light industrial installations. I used it for normal operation and it has been maintained; it shows typical signs of use but no major damage. The fans, condenser coils, electrical control box and cabinet are intact and functional. It is suitable for replacement or backup on an existing HVAC system; commissioning and field testing are recommended after installation. Collection from rooftop-level location will require a crane or lift for removal.
