Description

I am selling a semi-automatic PVC vacuum membrane press machine (model TM2480-C1-L) in new, never-used condition. It is designed for pressing PVC film and laminating veneers onto MDF, solid wood board, particle board and similar substrates. The working size is 1100 mm (width) x 2550 mm (length) with optional larger size 1300/2550 mm available. Max working height is 50 mm. The machine uses a vacuum pump with approximately 40 m3/h capacity and requires 2 gas tanks for heating. Heating is provided by a special-shaped aluminum bar with constant temperature surrounding heating for even heat distribution. Weight is around 1500 kg. Controls are semi-automatic via the front control panel. I have this located in Abu Dhabi and it is ready for inspection and pickup. Product specifications:
