There is a community pool and park (with kids play area a basketball court) 10 seconds walk from the villa, and the lakes club (with licensed bar and restaurant, gym, supermarket etc and a dog park) is a 10 minute walk.

There is a garden with a shaded sofa area, an outdoor dining area, a garden and a bar/bbq area and wifi.

The Lakes is a quiet residential gated development, popular with families and ex-pats. It is very green and has two golf courses on either side (emirates golf club and the Montgomerie). There are numerous parks and community pools and a community centre "the lakes club" that includes a licensed restaurant and bar (“Reform Bar and Grill) , Fitness First, supermarket, ladies salon, gents barber, dry cleaners etc).

Reform is one of the few licensed restaurants/bars in Dubai that is within a community and not part of a hotel or golf club, it also has a convenient kids play area next to the outdoor bar / dining area.

The villa has on and off street parking, it is a 5-10 minute drive to the marina and the beach, 10 minutes to the mall of the emirates, and 20 mins to the Dubai mall.

The villa benefits from upgraded Mesh network wifi with 300 MPS download speed throughout the villa. The single bedroom can equally be used as a study if required.

The maid (who has been with our family for 10 years and is awesome) lives in a separated section of the villa, with separate entrance. She can provide villa cleaning, laundry, cooking and babysitting on request. Her work hours are typically 8am-6pm (with Saturdays and Sundays off) but this arrangement can be adjusted to fit in with guests individual needs, just ask.

Also includes a free advisory/concierge service should you need any extra services (useful for relocating families etc)
