Kindly allow 30-45 minutes for our team to be available upon your arrival. For same-day bookings, check-in assistance may take 60-90 minutes. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Other things to note • We are a licensed holiday home company operating within a residential community, not a hotel. All guests are kindly asked to respect the residential nature of the building and its community. Guest Identification Requirements: • In accordance with Dubai Tourism Department regulations, soft copies of valid passports (or GCC ID) are required for all guests aged 18+ prior to arrival, for registration with building security and tourism authorities. • These must also be presented to the building's security team (independently employed, not by us) at check-in. • Once verified, you'll receive full access to the apartment and building facilities. Cleaning Policy: • A one-time professional clean is completed before your check-in, this is the only cleaning included in your stay. • Mid-stay cleaning is available on request for AED 250, scheduled between 11:00 AM–3:00 PM. • Housekeeping must be booked at least one day in advance and is chargeable. • Fresh linens, towels, or additional basic amenities are subject to availability and an extra fee.
