Guest Access
- Check-in: From 3PM onwards & Check-out: 12:00 noon
- For assistance with check-in and check-out, our Guest Relations team will meet and greet you at the property during working hours (3pm-9pm).
- Guests will gain access to the building’s private swimming pool and gym along with other communal areas.
- Benefit complimentary building allotted parking for one vehicle and 24-7 building security for your peace of mind.
- As per Dubai regulations, a copy of each guest’s passport or Emirates ID is required at check-in for registration purposes. This applies to every individual staying at the property. Failure to provide the required documents will result in denial of check-in.
- Any damage to or missing valuable items in the apartment will result in a deduction from your security deposit equivalent to the item's replacement value
- Guests must strictly follow the house rules mentioned below. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of AED 3,000.
