Bedroom/s are designed for relaxation and include comfortable bed with fresh linens, wardrobes, bedside tables, and air conditioning. The bathrooms are fitted with modern fixtures and include fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The apartment also offers a washing machine, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner.
Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, have access to premium building facilities including a swimming pool, fully equipped gym, and 24-hour security.

Applicable post move out cleaning charges: AED 120
Maximum Occupancy: 2 persons(Only registered number of guests are permitted to stay overnight)extra one guest is allowed at extra charge AED 90 per night
Infant: One crib is provided upon request- for free
Pets: Not allowed without the operator’s approval and at extra charge 350 AED per stay
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Building & Dubai regulations)
Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the apartment
Parties / Events: Not permitted under any circumstances
The operator’s operational hours for any inquires: Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 7 PM.
