Kia Optima EX 2014 Engine not working

I’m selling my 2014 Kia Optima. To be completely upfront, the car is currently not running as the engine gave out while I was driving recently.
I want to be clear about what happened so there’s no confusion: it did not overheat, and there’s no signs of a blown head gasket (no oil/water mix). It just stopped while driving. Honestly, it’s a shame because up until that moment, the car was perfect. It was incredibly fuel-efficient, drove smooth, and had zero engine noise or any other issues.
Everything else on the car is in great shape. It’s a clean, comfortable sedan that would make for an excellent project or a great deal for someone who knows their way around engines and can get it back on the road.
I’m selling it "as is." If you're a mechanic or looking for a solid base to drop an engine into, this is a great opportunity.
