2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT - Pristine Condition - American Specs

Selling a well-maintained 2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT in excellent condition. This unique luxury sport utility truck comes with American specifications and is powered by a robust 6.2L V8 engine. Features include a premium leather interior, Bose surround sound system, navigation, rearview camera, and the versatile mid-gate design. This car is with me for three years in which I have updated it with the following:
1. ECU tuned to up the power/ torque by 10% at Chipcentric (Aed 2000)
2. Cold air intake by Chipcentric (Aed 2500)
3. Decat to clear the exhaust route and peppy pick up with pops and crackle, by Chipcentric
4. Valvotronic exhaust for remote controlled exhaust notes - Civilized as Cadillac Escalade sounds or else full gurgling note - at a press of a button (item 3 and 4 for Aed 5000)
5. High quality windows tint including the front windshield
6. High 2k resolution Android screen with 128 GB memory (Aed 2000)
7. New Cadillac Escalade latest original alloy rims (and new tires) added recently (Aed 10,000)
8. New leather seats and the care steering for the over all brand new car feel. Done last year for Aed 5,500
9. New suspensions done, rear shock absorber changed, new battery and new rear brake pads (Aed 10,000). The radiator was flushed earlier and the car ac is perfectly chilling. Serviced and attended as an when required.

After driving car for an year and convinced that it has no American specification car 'issues' (I bought this car from my owner), I started working on it and upgraded as mentioned above. The car is almost brand new, smells and performs like one and has very low km on it (I am driving it from 37,500 km).

The truck rear is covered in 3 piece hard top removable tonneau cover which has been never been opened. You can see the inside Pic of the boot which is brand new.
