1993 Acura NSX NA1 - Pristine Condition
In 1989, supercars looked wonderful, but were hateful to own. Poor ergonomics, barely functioning climate control and astronomical running costs were the costs of show-stopping Italian looks.
Honda, makers of the supremely-sensible Accord sedan, knew it could do better. Its New Sports Car eXperimental (or NSX) showed a supercar could in fact be driven every day, but still deliver sublime thrills. A sparkling VTEC V6, arguably the world’s best gearshift, an F16-inspired cockpit and Pinifinarina-derived looks led to a landmark automobile that put haughty European rivals on notice.
With F1 icon Ayrton Senna’s input in vehicle dynamics development and Honda’s single-minded determination, success for the NSX was assured. It remained in production for 16 years, long after its contemporaries had been replaced, with continuous meticulous updates improving Honda’s mid-engined masterpiece.
Today, virtually every supercar on sale has adopted the NSX’s lessons, proving the wisdom of Japan’s tireless engineering.
In 2026, NSX specialist Lap57 conducted an AED 40,000 major service on this beautifully presented example with less than 24,000 miles.
This includes new:
• Timing belts
• AC Compressor
• Engine mounts
• Spark plugs
• Expansion hoses
With a recent comprehensive detailing, it stands ready to provide unlimited driving joy to the next driver worth of slipping behind its steering wheel.
