A professional opportunity is available for a Customer Service Representative to provide efficient, friendly, and reliable support to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a high standard of service while representing the organization professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide courteous, professional assistance.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and face-to-face communication.
Provide accurate information about products, services, procedures, and company policies.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Handle complaints and customer concerns calmly and professionally.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and service documentation.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Process service requests, bookings, orders, or basic transactions when required.
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Identify recurring customer issues and communicate them to the appropriate team.
Support daily administrative and customer-service activities as required.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, aviation, travel, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
Good computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy working environment.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
