A reputable company is hiring a responsible and alert Security Guard cum CCTV Operator to ensure the safety and security of the premises while monitoring CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have good observation skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to respond quickly to security incidents.
Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems.
Observe and report suspicious activities or security incidents.
Control access of employees, visitors, and vehicles to the premises.
Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security concerns.
Monitor entry and exit points and verify authorized access.
Report damaged equipment, safety hazards, or unusual activities.
Coordinate with supervisors and emergency services when required.
Ensure CCTV equipment and monitoring areas are kept in proper working condition.
Follow company security procedures and safety regulations.
Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when dealing with visitors and staff.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Security Guard and/or CCTV Operator is preferred.
UAE security experience is an advantage.
SIRA certification is preferred/required where applicable.
Basic CCTV monitoring and computer skills.
Good observation, communication, and reporting skills.
Physically fit and medically capable of performing security duties.
Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
