Personal Assistant to the CEO | Dubai
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be professional, discreet, flexible, and able to manage a wide range of administrative and personal responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointment
* Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
* Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials
* Coordinate with internal teams and external clients
* Assist with personal and business-related tasks as required
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations
* Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Professional, well-presented, and highly discreet
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
* Flexible with working hours and available when required
* Based in Dubai
