We are seeking a capable and hands-on Hotel Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on shift and keep guest service, standards, and teams running smoothly across the property. Reporting to the Hotel Manager or Duty Manager, the successful candidate will supervise frontline staff across departments, act as the first point of escalation for guests and colleagues, and make sound operational decisions when senior managers are not on site.
The core of the role is shift leadership. The Hotel Supervisor reviews arrivals, departures, VIPs, events, and room status at the start of each shift, briefs the team on priorities, and walks the property regularly, covering the lobby, restaurants, corridors, and back-of-house areas, to catch problems before guests do. Standards for presentation, cleanliness, and service are checked continuously, and any lapse is corrected on the spot rather than left for the next shift.
