Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage online orders from multiple sales channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Update product listings, pricing, and inventory.
Respond to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone.
• Track orders, handle returns, and resolve customer issues.
Prepare sales reports and monitor order performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
