Head of Sales — Business Residency in Poland & EU

About the role
We are a Polish–UAE legal advisory firm helping HNWI clients across the GCC obtain business residency, EU company structures, and qualified electronic signatures. We are looking for a Head of Sales
Key responsibilities
Deliver the monthly and quarterly sales plan for the Dubai office
Lead, coach and expand the sales team — hiring, onboarding, ramp-up, one-to-ones and performance management
Build and maintain the sales process: pipeline stages, CRM discipline, follow-up cadence, call scripts and objection-handling playbooks
Manage the warm lead database — distribution between reps, prioritisation, conversion and reactivation of the existing base
Personally close key and high-value clients, and support the team in complex negotiations
Forecast revenue and report results, conversion and pipeline health to management
Work with marketing on lead quality, offer positioning and campaign feedback
Maintain deep product expertise (Polish TRC, EU company formation, banking, eIDAS signatures) and keep the team's knowledge current
Requirements
Fluency in English (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years in sales, including at least 1–2 years managing a team, ideally in consulting, immigration, legal, financial or related services
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and building a repeatable sales process
Confident working with a CRM and managing by numbers (conversion, cycle length, average deal size)
Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills; comfortable selling high-ticket services to HNWI clients
Goal-oriented, proactive, hands-on management style
