About the Role
Mehekta boutique in Karama is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Brand Executive to join our fashion team. If you understand fashion, love creating engaging content, and know how to build a brand through social media, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Mehekta’s social media platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
* Develop and execute monthly social media and content calendars
* Create engaging Reels, posts, stories and other fashion-focused content
* Coordinate and participate in fashion/product photoshoots and video shoots
* Write creative captions, campaign messaging and promotional content
* Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement and community interaction
* Track social media performance and provide insights to improve reach, engagement and conversions
* Support brand campaigns, product launches, promotions and events
* Monitor fashion, social media and content trends and bring fresh ideas to the brand
* Work closely with the design, merchandising and sales teams to maintain a consistent brand identity
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or fashion branding
* Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
* Passion for fashion, styling, photography and visual storytelling
* Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content
* Good photography/video shooting and basic editing skills
* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar is an advantage
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
* UAE experience and knowledge of the Dubai fashion/retail market will be an advantage
