As we scale up, we're looking for driven automotive sales professionals ready to build a real career in international vehicle trading.

What You'll Earn
Fixed Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000
Uncapped commission on both retail and export deals
Monthly performance incentives
Annual bonus (based on company performance)
Real career path — Team Leader and Sales Manager roles open to top performers
Top performers here don't just hit target — they take home AED 10,000+ a month through retail and export commissions combined.
What You'll Be Doing:
Retail Sales
Sell vehicles directly in the UAE market, manage export inquiries from Alibaba and other platforms, and build customer relationships that last.
Trade & Export
Work with dealers, brokers, and distributors across multiple continents. Handle CIF, FOB, EXW, and wholesale deals. Open new export markets and grow the business beyond Dubai.
Business Development
Get out into the field — visit dealerships, meet decision-makers face to face, and build the kind of network that makes you indispensable.
Targets That Reward Real Performance
Minimum 4 retail sales/month — bonus incentives kick in past 8
Minimum USD 400,000 in wholesale/export volume per month
20 dealership visits + 10 face-to-face meetings/month
2 new key accounts/month
Daily market pricing updates on at least 3 models
What You'll Need
2+ years of automotive sales experience with a proven track record.
Fluent English, strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven — this role rewards hustle
A strong plus if you have:
Export or international vehicle trading experience
An existing network of dealers, brokers, or traders
UAE driving license
Arabic, French, Russian, Persian, or Chinese
Experience with Alibaba, Dubizzle, DubiCars, or CRM systems
