We are looking for one person to handle customer
enquiries and help businesses find the right
IT and communication products.
We are looking for someone honest, patient, and
genuinely interested in the products — someone
customers feel they can trust.
Who we are looking for:
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales, customer
service, or shop/showroom work — even a small shop
- You like helping people and explaining things
- You are honest. You would rather lose a sale
than mislead a customer.
- Interest in computers, IT, or technology
- Currently inside UAE
What this role involves:
- Handling customer enquiries by phone,
email and WhatsApp
- Understanding what each business needs and
guiding them to the right product
- Visiting business customers based on their enquiry
- Building long-term relationships with our customers
