Importa is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to help us attract new clients, sell premium door solutions, and develop long-term business relationships.
You will work with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and private clients across the UAE.
About Importa
Importa specializes in premium interior doors and architectural solutions, including hidden doors, sliding systems, pivot doors, door hardware, shadow gap profiles, and wall panels.
We combine European technology, modern design, and local production in the UAE to deliver quality solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Your Responsibilities
Find and attract new customers and business partners.
Respond to inquiries from clients and understand their needs.
Present Importa products and explain their benefits.
Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to close sales.
Build strong relationships with existing customers.
Work with architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Participate in client meetings, showroom presentations, and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in dealing with clients and closing deals.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
Fluent English. Arabic, is a plus.
Experience in doors, construction, interior design, furniture, real estate, or fit-out is an advantage.
