Sales Executive – Printing & Packaging with a proven track record of generating business within the UAE.
This is a business development and sales role. We are looking for someone who understands the printing and packaging industry, can actively develop new customers, build relationships and convert opportunities into profitable jobs.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively identify, approach and acquire new customers across targeted industries
• Generate sales for commercial printing, packaging, rigid boxes, paper bags, corporate gifts, signage and related solutions
• Develop business within sectors such as perfume & cosmetics, F&B, chocolates & confectionery, hospitality, automotive, retail, real estate, healthcare and corporate
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers
• Conduct client meetings and understand requirements, quantities, specifications, budgets and timelines
• Work with internal teams to develop appropriate solutions and quotations
• Follow up consistently on quotations and opportunities to convert them into confirmed orders
• Develop long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations and customer activity
• Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
• Monitor market activity and identify new industries, customers and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
• Previous sales experience in printing, packaging or a closely related industry is required
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales/business development experience, preferably in the UAE
• Existing UAE customer relationships/network within printing, packaging, advertising, corporate gifts or related sectors is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of products such as commercial printing, rigid boxes, luxury packaging, paper bags, marketing collateral and promotional materials
• Proven ability to prospect for new customers rather than relying only on incoming enquiries
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded and comfortable working towards sales targets
• Able to independently manage customers from initial prospecting through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation
• UAE driving licence is required
