Cartel Market is looking for a Russian Speaking Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
🕘 Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements:
• Fluent Russian (mandatory).
• Proven sales experience is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the sales funnel and customer psychology.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Work with warm leads.
• Conduct consultations via Zoom, Google Meet, phone and WhatsApp.
• Identify clients’ needs and recommend suitable training programs.
• Guide clients through the sales process until payment.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain the customer database.
