We are seeking dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our hypermarket team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and product selection.
Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Support cashier and checkout operations when required.
Follow company policies, health, and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in retail, supermarket, or hypermarket operations is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Basic English language proficiency.
