Job Description:
High Valus Holiday Homes is looking for motivated Freelance Sales Agents to expand our property management portfolio in Dubai.
Your main responsibility will be to approach property owners, introduce our holiday home management services, and secure new property management contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach property owners in Dubai.
- Generate leads and build relationships with landlords.
- Present our holiday home management services.
- Negotiate and close new property management agreements.
Requirements:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is preferred.
- Existing connections with landlords and property owners are an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Commission & Benefits:
- AED 1,500 for every successfully signed new property management contract.
- Unlimited commission earning potential.
- Flexible working hours.
