We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented FMCG Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of UAE FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to B-Class Stores, Department Stores, Discount Centres, and independent retailers.
Candidates with proven experience in confectionery sales will be preferred. The role involves developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, and ensuring strong product visibility across assigned outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop sales across B-Class Stores, Department Stores, Discount Centres, and independent retail outlets.
Drive sales and distribution of confectionery and FMCG products across assigned territories.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
Maintain strong relationships with store owners, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
Ensure regular product availability, proper merchandising, and visibility at customer outlets.
Negotiate orders, promotions, displays, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Monitor market prices, competitor activities, promotions, and new product launches.
Conduct regular market visits and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers in coordination with the finance team.
Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
Maintain accurate daily sales reports, customer records, and market visit reports.
Support new product launches and promotional activities.
Identify slow-moving products and work with customers to improve sales and stock rotation.
Ensure effective implementation of company sales strategies in the assigned territory.
Requirements
3–5 years of sales experience in the UAE FMCG industry.
Proven experience handling B-Class Stores, Department Stores, Discount Centres, and independent groceries/retailers.
Confectionery sales experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of the UAE FMCG retail market and customer network.
Existing relationships with retail outlets will be an advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory effectively.
Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
Candidates should be willing to travel across the UAE as required.
Good English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam will be an advantage.
