Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote and sell prefab houses, portacabins, site offices, labor camps, toilets, security cabins, and related products.
Visit sites, meet clients, understand project requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the production, accounts, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and payment follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in prefab houses, portacabins, construction, building materials, or related industry.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of UAE market will be an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Ability to handle customers professionally and work under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge, email, WhatsApp, and quotation preparation skills required.
