Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, expand the client base, and strengthen relationships with existing partners and institutional clients. Responsibilities include leading outreach and prospecting activities, presenting D Prime’s trading solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business growth initiatives, support campaigns, and ensure a high-quality client experience. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and contribute to revenue growth in target regions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills, with a track record of acquiring and retaining clients in financial services or related sectors.
A proven existing book of clients and active Introducing Brokers (IBs) is required. An established network of traders, clients and IBs is essential.
Knowledge of online trading, CFDs, Forex, and financial markets, with the ability to explain complex products clearly to diverse client audiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in conducting meetings, demos, and pitches in person and via digital channels.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software to manage pipelines, track activities, and report on performance metrics.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities, segment target clients, and support data-driven decision-making.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a culturally diverse, international environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial for engaging multilingual clients and partners.
