We are looking for a motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, following up with leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable working with CRM systems, and actively contribute to the company's marketing and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up promptly and consistently with inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversions.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and recommending suitable services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present company services professionally and handle customer inquiries with confidence.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in Zoho CRM.
• Track and manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Meet individual and team sales KPIs while maintaining professionalism and company standards.
• Stay updated on company services and industry trends to effectively communicate value to clients.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, tele sales, or business development.
• Experience in real estate, corporate services, immigration, banking, or consulting is an advantage.
• Experience using Zoho CRM or similar CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
