We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, pitching products/services, handling customer queries, and closing sales efficiently.

* Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
* Promote and sell products/services over the phone
* Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
* Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
* Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools
* Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
* Prior tele sales or customer service experience is a plus
