Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, conduct product presentations, and support the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in IT solution sales, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Sales & Customer Engagement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams during pre-sales activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Software Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Solution Sales.
• Experience selling business software solutions is preferred.
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, ERP, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Mandatory Requirements
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Ability to travel across UAE for client meetings and demonstrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
