We are seeking an experienced Trade Manager to lead our used IT hardware trading business. The role will be responsible for both purchasing and sales operations, business profitability, inventory management, and expansion of customer and vendor networks.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end buying and selling of used IT hardware.
* Own and drive business P&L, revenue, and gross profit targets.
* Develop and expand customer and vendor relationships globally.
* Monitor inventory turnover and control stock aging.
* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
* Manage working capital, collections, and business risks.
* Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
* Lead and develop the trading team.
Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of overall experience.
* Proven experience in used/refurbished IT hardware trading within UAE/GCC.
* Strong network of buyers and suppliers in the ITAD/refurbished hardware industry.
* Experience handling both procurement and sales functions.
* Demonstrated track record of managing P&L and achieving growth targets.
* Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
Compensation
Salary: As per market standards and candidate experience.
Preferred Candidate Profile: A commercially driven professional with strong industry relationships, capable of independently managing and scaling a profitable used IT hardware trading business.
