Senior Sales Executive — Language Training Center (Business Bay, Dubai)
Our growing Language Training Center in Business Bay, Dubai is looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivers results, and understands how to turn opportunities into revenue.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who combines strong commercial instincts with excellent communication skills across multiple languages.
Role Overview
You will own the complete sales journey — from generating leads and nurturing prospects to closing enrollments and building long-term client relationships. Success in this position depends on your ability to exceed targets while delivering a premium and consultative customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, referrals, walk-ins, partnerships, and digital channels
Present and recommend language training programs in a compelling and consultative manner
Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline with disciplined follow-up
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Close enrollments efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams to maximize conversions and business growth
Track sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue
Requirements
4–7 years of proven sales success, preferably in education, training, premium services, or a target-driven environment
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets
Excellent closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Confident, persuasive communicator with a professional presence
Highly disciplined, ambitious, and motivated by performance and results
Language Advantage (Highly Preferred)

Fluent English is required.
Candidates who speak additional languages — especially Russian, Chinese, Arabic, and other international languages — will be strongly preferred, as the ability to communicate with clients in their native language improves trust, customer experience, conversion rates, and long-term retention.
