Sales Executive at Gymboree Play & Music.
Location: Dubai (Hybrid: Galleria Mall Barsha & Springs Souk)
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000 + Performance-Based Bonuses & Commission

About the Role :
We are looking for a high-caliber, sales-driven professional to join our team at Gymboree Play & Music. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lovely, encouraging environment and possesses the grit to drive enrollment for our world-class early childhood development programs. You will be responsible for managing sales leads and converting them into long-term members of our community.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Excellence: Proactively drive enrollments for our programs, including our Elite-tier packages and 2026 Summer Camp programs.
Branch Presence: Work flexibly across our two primary locations, Galleria Mall Barsha and Springs Souk, as required by the schedule.
Lead Management: Convert inquiries into active memberships through persuasive communication and a deep understanding of our developmental philosophy.
Strategic Growth: Assist in executing viral marketing hooks and problem-solution content loops to maintain high enrollment levels.
Requirements :
Linguistic Fluency: Must be very fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Caliber: Proven track record of being sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Visa Status: Candidates must have their own valid UAE residency visa.
Flexibility: Comfortable with a hybrid work model, alternating between remote tasks and on-site branch visits.
