## Job Description
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven **Marketing Manager** to oversee and manage the company's overall marketing activities across multiple business divisions and online platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, brand development, campaign planning, and lead generation.
## Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the company's various businesses and brands.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Oversee content creation, social media posting, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the design team for marketing creatives, banners, videos, and advertisements.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure consistent branding and marketing communication across all company divisions.
- Manage marketing budgets and measure return on investment (ROI).
## Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Experience managing multiple brands or business accounts is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns independently.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools, content creation, and marketing analytics is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
