Telesales / Sales Executive – Osphere Group
Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai
Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Osphere Group is looking for a confident, ambitious Telesales / Sales Executive who enjoys speaking with clients, understands what they need, and follows through to close a deal.
You’ll introduce businesses to our services, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage opportunities from the first call to the final sale. This role suits someone who takes ownership of their work, follows up consistently, and is motivated by clear targets and opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Do
• Reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and introduce our services.
• Ask the right questions, understand client needs, and recommend relevant solutions.
• Explain packages, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Follow up on enquiries and proposals, handle objections, and close deals.
• Build relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Keep CRM records accurate and share regular sales updates.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and take responsibility for your pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with new people, and keeping a conversation focused. You listen carefully, communicate clearly, and understand that consistent follow-up is a big part of successful sales.
You should have:
• Previous experience in telesales, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• The confidence to handle objections and ask for the sale.
• A self-motivated, target-driven approach. • Good organization and follow-up habits.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• A willingness to learn about different services and industries.
Experience selling digital marketing or business services is an advantage.
