We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Business Development Manager with over 10 years of diversified experience in the UAE with hands on experience in new Business Development, B2B sales in Industrial supplies (HVAC, Industrial and Residential Electricals and Building materials) and new initiatives. He or She should be capable of developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, penetrate new markets, build high-performing sales teams, and establish long-term relationships with key clients.

- Process Improvement & Performance Optimization
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE;
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales, business development experience
- Experience within at least one of our target industries
- Experience dealing directly with business owners and senior management
- Strong presentation, negotiation, follow-up and closing skills
- Good CRM and sales-pipeline discipline
- Strong spoken and written English must.
- Hindi, Malayalam, Arabic and any other regional languages are an advantage
OTHER REQUIREMENTS;
- Must have valid UAE driving license
- Candidate should be present in UAE currently
- Understand consultative B2B selling rather than aggressive product selling
- Can independently identify and approach potential clients
