Your tasks:
• Support the Sales and Technical team in the preparation of quotations, commercial offers, technical proposals, submittals, compliance
documentation and product selections
• Review customer enquiries, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), drawings and specifications to identify suitable products and solutions
• Coordinate closely with the Technical team to address product selection, technical clarifications and customer requirements
• Prepare and maintain technical and commercial documentation, including datasheets, catalogues, submittals, approval documents and
compliance statements
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain pricing, product availability, lead times, delivery costs, and technical information required for
quotation preparation
• Participate in project and site visits with the Technical team to assess site conditions and collect relevant information, including
measurements, photographs, cable/pipe details and installation requirements
• Assist in developing effective sealing solutions based on project drawings, specifications and actual site conditions
• Attend meetings with customers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders when required
Your skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, engineering support, construction, MEP, infrastructure or building
materials will also be considered
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, consultants, contractors and
internal teams
• Willingness to attend project and site visits as required
• A valid UAE driving license is not required for this position
