We are a growing Dubai-based web agency looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team.
The role involves acquiring new clients, presenting and selling our digital service packages, managing prospects, and closing deals independently.

- Identify and approach potential new clients
- Generate new sales opportunities
- Present and explain our web and digital service packages
- Manage leads and follow up with prospects
- Handle sales negotiations
- Close deals and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Independently manage your daily sales activities and pipeline
----- Ideal Candidate -----
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking with potential clients
- Strong in communication, negotiation, and sales
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Well-organized and capable of managing their own schedule
- Fluent or highly proficient in English
- Ambitious and motivated by commissions and performance-based earnings
Previous experience in sales, B2B sales, digital marketing, web agencies, SaaS, or selling professional services is considered an advantage.

This is a remote position with Dubai as the primary target market.
Sales Agents are free to organize their work independently and are not limited to the UAE market. While Dubai is our main market of interest, you are welcome to prospect, approach, and acquire clients from any country or market you prefer.
You will have the flexibility to manage your own working hours and organize your daily activities independently.
We focus on performance and results rather than fixed office hours. You will be responsible for managing your prospects, following up with potential clients, and achieving your sales objectives.
