Service
* Supervise the dining area and oversee food service staff according to operational policies.
* Work with team to ensure proper food presentation and service.
* Handle guest complaints in a friendly and calm manner, and continuously communicate them to management.
* Train service staff and continuously work on improving their performance level. Ensure that they are able to explain clearly the menu, upsell , and ask for google reviews.
* Control menu availability on delivery aggregators.
* Help in service and food packing if needed.
Orders & Inventory
* Send daily orders to suppliers.
* Regularly monitor inventory of materials and equipments.
* Follow stock level, freshness and expiry date of Ready-to-serve items (sweets and drinks).
Cleanliness & waste
* Communicate to Management waste reduction measures.
* Monitor the quality of storage and packaging, following food safety standards.
* Supervise cleaning and allocate cleaning team.
* Report if any equipment , material defficiency (ustensils, AC, ..)
Finance
* Handle cash
* Send daily reports
