* Greet customers and escort them to their tables politely.
* Present menu and take accurate food and beverage orders.
* Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by checking tables regularly.
* Handle customer requests, complaints, and provide quick solutions.
* Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
* Prepare tables by arranging plates, and napkins.
* Coordinate with staff to ensure correct order delivery.
* Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
* Support team during busy hours and maintain smooth restaurant operations.
* Ensured customer comfort and safety by monitoring the dining area.
* English speaking is a must
* Speaking other languages like Arabic and Hindi is a plus
* Age between 21-30
* Willing to work at night shift
