Head Waiter / Floor Supervisor - SOYL Restaurant, Dubai Design District (d3)
SOYL is a neighbourhood restaurant in d3 serving wholesome, honest food. We are looking for a hands-on head waiter to lead our floor team and look after our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Run daily service and lead the floor team
- Train and support waiters and new staff
- Welcome guests, handle feedback and resolve issues
- Manage reservations and delivery platform orders
- Support opening/closing, cash handling and stock checks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years as head waiter or floor supervisor in Dubai
- Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
- Warm, confident and well-presented
- Experience with POS and delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem)
- Own UAE residence visa (spouse, family, golden or other) - required
- Available to start immediately
