We are looking for enthusiastic and service focused Food and Beverage Servers to join our café team. If you enjoy welcoming guests, take pride in attentive service, and work well in a busy environment, we would like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and help them feel comfortable
• Present the menu, answer questions, and take orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Check on guests during their visit and respond to requests politely
• Keep tables and service areas clean, organised, and ready for guests
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service
• Handle bills and payments accurately
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A friendly, professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to stay organised and attentive during busy periods
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow service standards
