Job Title: Café Supervisor – DAWN Café
DAWN Café – Al Ain City, UAE is looking for an experienced Café Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 2–3 years of F&B experience in the UAE, preferably in cafés or restaurants.
🔹 Previous experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader.
🔹 Strong experience in staff management, scheduling, and shift supervision.
🔹 Excellent customer service and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
🔹 Experience in staff training and performance monitoring.
🔹 Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and ordering.
🔹 Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards.
🔹 Ability to monitor daily operations and ensure company procedures are followed.
🔹 Must have a valid UAE driving licence and own car.
🔹 Good command of English.
🔹 Flexible with working hours.
🔹 Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
