We are looking for a friendly, professional, and hardworking Waitress to join our restaurant team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, taking food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks, answering customer questions, maintaining clean and organized tables, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Check on customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
Clear and clean tables and maintain a neat dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members.
Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Requirements
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
