Key Responsibilities:
Proactively Prospecting, calling, qualifying leads and build a robust pipeline of potential buyers through networking, referrals, digital channels, and company-provided inquiries.
Conduct compelling and informative sales presentations, both in-person and virtually, effectively communicating the project's vision, specifications, unique selling points, and investment potential.
Guide clients through the entire off-plan sales process, from initial interest to reservation, contract signing, and handover coordination.
Maintain an expert-level understanding of the local real estate market, competitor activity, and Developer project's master plans, unit types, and payment structures.
