A Minimum of 1-year sales experience
A dedicated and hardworking professional
Money motivated & Target Driven
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have a car and Dubai driving license.
Self-motivated agents
Strong Lease/Sales Negotiation and Communication skills
Disciplined and organized
Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets
Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords
Prospecting properties
Following company procedures and being a good team player
Good communication to clients on phone or face to face with kind and respectful manner
