- Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing is an advantage.

- Good knowledge of the Sharjah and Dubai property markets is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in client handling, property presentations, and deal closing.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
