💼 What We’re Looking For
Previous Dubai real estate experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Confident in client handling, property presentations, and deal closing.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Dedicated, punctual, professional, and committed to achieving results.
Valid UAE driving licence is a plus.

Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Manage leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
Build strong and long-term relationships with clients.
Negotiate effectively and assist clients through the deal-closing process.
Maintain a strong pipeline and work towards achieving sales targets.
Stay updated with Dubai's property market, new developments, and regulations.
